Designing the Struga Office – ESG by Design from the Ground Up
Copy linkWhile our Smart Office in Skopje helped us define and refine our ESG checklist, the real test was starting from scratch. For our new office in Struga, planned for opening in Summer 2025, we took everything we learned and elevated it.
This time, ESG wasn’t a retrofit. It was part of the initial architecture. From solar arrays and energy storage to climate-conscious automation and ethical AI, the new office is a showcase of what ESG by design can look like in a smart workspace.

- Air-to-water heat pump system controls heating throughout the office

Unlike Skopje, where we upgraded an existing office, Struga is fully embedded with IoT from the construction phase. This allows for tighter integration, cleaner automation, and higher overall efficiency.
