HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
